Privacy Policy

This policy applies when you visit a Neuvero website, complete a Neuvero assessment, create an account, purchase or use a course, contact us, or otherwise use the Team Velocity Accelerator and related services (the “Services”).

Neuvero is operated by 1088594 Ontario Ltd., carrying on business as Neuvero. In this policy, “Neuvero,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company.

We collect information in four practical categories:

• Account and contact information: your name, email address, company, role, and sign-in details.
• Course information: assessment responses, reflections, selected work examples, reports, action plans, progress, and messages you submit to course tools.
• Purchase information: the product purchased, amount, currency, transaction status, billing contact details, and identifiers supplied by our payment processor. Neuvero does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
• Technical and usage information: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, interactions, and cookies or similar technologies used to operate and understand the Services.

We also receive information when you write to us or ask for support, including the contents of your message and any files you choose to provide.

We use personal information to:

• provide accounts, course access, assessments, reports, saved work, and customer support;
• process purchases, confirm transactions, prevent fraud, and administer refunds;
• generate the course interpretations or AI-assisted responses you request;
• send sign-in links, purchase confirmations, access instructions, service notices, and messages you request;
• understand how people find and use the Services, improve the learning experience, and measure marketing performance;
• protect the Services, enforce our terms, meet legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims; and
• use information for another purpose when you direct us or give meaningful consent.

Neuvero’s assessments are practical learning tools. We do not use them to diagnose a person or make automated decisions about employment, credit, insurance, or access to essential services.

We share information only as needed to run the Services, complete a request, or meet a legal obligation. Our service providers currently include:

• Supabase for authentication, databases, and saved course information;
• Stripe for checkout, payment processing, tax information, and refunds;
• PostHog and Google Analytics for product and acquisition measurement;
• Resend for transactional email;
• OpenRouter and the model provider selected for a request for AI-assisted reports or course chat; and
• YouTube when you play an embedded video.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Some operate outside Canada, so information may be processed in another country and may be available to authorities there under applicable law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the Services, as part of a business reorganization or sale, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information.

When you ask an AI-assisted feature to interpret a report or answer a course question, the information needed to respond may be sent to OpenRouter and a selected model provider. Do not submit confidential employer information, trade secrets, personal information about another person, or anything you are not authorized to share. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so use it as a learning aid and apply your own judgment.

We use necessary browser storage to maintain sign-in, purchase, and course state. We also use analytics technologies to understand visits, interactions, referrals, and purchases. Your browser may let you block or remove cookies, although doing so can prevent sign-in, saved progress, or other features from working properly.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing continuing course access, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, protecting the Services, and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods vary by the type of information. Backups and logs may retain limited copies for a further period before deletion.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us to:

• explain whether we hold personal information about you and how it has been used or disclosed;
• provide access to, or correct, your personal information;
• withdraw consent where our use depends on consent;
• delete information that we no longer need to retain; or
• review a concern about how we have handled your information.

Some rights are subject to legal exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. Please do not provide us with personal information about a child.

We may update this policy as the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way.
