Working agreement
Terms of Use
These terms set out what you can expect from Neuvero and what we ask from you when you use the Team Velocity Accelerator and related services.
Effective August 14, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and 1088594 Ontario Ltd., carrying on business as Neuvero (“Neuvero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you visit our websites, create an account, complete an assessment, purchase or use a course, or use any related feature (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
2. What Neuvero provides
Neuvero provides educational material, assessments, reflection tools, reports, protocols, and AI-assisted learning features intended to help people examine communication and work practices. We may improve, replace, or discontinue parts of the Services while preserving any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
The Services provide education, not medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Assessments and reports are practical estimates, not diagnoses. Results depend on your context and participation, so we do not promise a particular business, financial, health, team, or personal outcome.
3. Accounts and course access
You are responsible for the accuracy of information connected to your account, for protecting access to your email and devices, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, a purchase grants one named participant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased course. Additional participants need their own purchased or granted access. You may not share sign-in links, resell access, or make course content available to others.
4. Purchases, taxes, and refunds
Prices and currency are shown before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added as required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe’s terms. You authorize the charge you approve at checkout.
The Team Velocity Accelerator includes a 30-day refund promise. The complete process is in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits a refund, cancellation, or other right that applicable consumer law gives you.
5. Your work and submissions
You keep ownership of the material you submit, including reflections, work examples, prompts, and messages. You give Neuvero and its service providers a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services or comply with law.
Submit only material you have the right to use. Do not include another person’s confidential or personal information unless you have lawful authority and a sound reason to do so. You remain responsible for decisions you make using course or AI-generated output.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the Services unlawfully, deceptively, or to harm another person;
- probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with security or access controls;
- copy, scrape, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or create a competing product from the Services or course materials, except where law permits;
- use automated means to extract content or data without written permission;
- upload malware or material that infringes another person’s rights; or
- misrepresent your identity, entitlement, or relationship with Neuvero.
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the Services, or our rights, or when these terms are materially breached. Where appropriate, we will try to explain the issue and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct it.
7. Neuvero content and intellectual property
The Services, including their lessons, assessments, frameworks, protocols, reports, software, visual design, and branding, belong to Neuvero or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your access is a license to use the Services for their intended learning purpose, not a transfer of ownership.
You may download or print materials only where the Services provide that function and only for your permitted personal or internal business use.
8. Third-party services and AI output
The Services rely on third parties for functions such as payments, authentication, hosting, analytics, email, video, and AI processing. Their services may occasionally be unavailable or governed by additional terms.
AI-generated material can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Review it carefully, do not treat it as a diagnosis or professional opinion, and do not rely on it as the sole basis for a consequential decision.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
We work to keep the Services useful, secure, and available. However, to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Neuvero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Services. Neuvero’s total liability arising from a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where they are prohibited by law, or to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute may be brought in the courts located in Ontario, unless applicable consumer law allows or requires another forum.
Before beginning a formal claim, please contact us. A direct conversation often resolves a problem faster and with less friction for everyone.
11. Changes and general terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or the law. We will post the revised terms and update the effective date. If a change materially affects an existing paid right, we will provide reasonable notice and will not apply the change retroactively where doing so would be unfair or unlawful.
If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue. A failure to enforce a term once is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. Neuvero may transfer it as part of a legitimate reorganization, financing, merger, or sale, subject to applicable law.
